Sandersville Police Chief Victor K. Cuyler recently recognized Sandersville Police Officers for their annual traffic enforcement achievements in 2020.
“We thank them for their hard work and dedication in keeping our streets and roads safe from these traffic infractions,” said Sandersville Police Chief Cuyler. He added, “Statistics show that the hard work is making a difference.”
Awards were given for speed detection, seatbelt enforcement, distracted driving enforcement, driving under the influence (DUI) enforcement, and security checks.
Sergeant Corey Haynes was awarded first place for speed detection, first place for driving under the influence (DUI) enforcement, first place for seat belt enforcement, and third place for distracted driving enforcement.
Lieutenant Nathan Riner was awarded second place for speed detection and second place for security checks.
Officer Caleb Wiggins awarded third place for driving under the influence (DUI) enforcement and third place seat belt enforcement.
Officer Keyerika Yorker was awarded first place for security checks, second place for speed enforcement, and second place for distracted driving enforcement.
Officer Travis Farrin was awarded second place for driving under the influence (DUI) enforcement.
Sergeant Chad Boomershine was awarded first place for distracted driving enforcement and second place for seat belt enforcement.
Lieutenant Tony Roberson was awarded second place for security checks.
