Ms. Tyneshia Mills, affectionately known as “Nell,” passed away on Thursday, July 22, 2021 at the Emory University Hospital. Graveside funeral services were held on Wednesday, July 28, 2021 at 1:00 P.M. at the Holly Spring Baptist Church with Reverend Forrest Lester officiating.
Tyneshia was born on July 29, 1976 to the parentage of Sherry Woods and the late Mr. Charles Mills Sr. She was a graduate of the Washington County High School, Class of 1995. She graduated from the Sandersville Technical College in 2008 to earn a Cosmetology License. With a smile always on her face, Nell kept faith and believed in God’s word. She was known for having a “heart of gold.”
Ms. Mills is survived by three children, Ms. Stanquonesha T. Jackson, Dexter, Mr. Xaveion S. Mills, Sandersville, and Ms. Brittney Brantley, Sandersville; mother, Ms. Sherry Woods, Sandersville; siblings, Prophet Tyrone (Shomankia) Mills, Dublin, Mr. Brandon (Yieka) Mills, Augusta, Ms. Shanerka Wilcher, Augusta, Mr. Charles Mills, Jr., Wadley, and Ms. Sharica (Joseph) Nair, Keysville; devoted companion, Mr. Michael Brantley, Sandersville; three grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
