On Tuesday, October 24, the T.J. Elder Middle School (EMS) completed their second consecutive “picture perfect” season, resulting in back-to-back Central Savannah River Area (CSRA) Middle School Football League Championships.
Over the course of the past two seasons, the EMS Golden Hawks are undefeated in their 16 contests.
The number of wins only begins to describe of their dominance, though, as the Hawks have beaten opponents by an average game score of 33-4 during the stretch.
Under the instruction of Head Coach Brandon Biggins and Assistant Coach Brandon Dickson, Elder Middle thoroughly dismantled the Oak Hill Middle School Braves of Baldwin County in the 2023 CSRA Title Game by a score of 46-0. It was the fourth shutout pitched by the Golden Hawks during their 8 games in 2023. They won 7 of their games by at least 32 points.
In 2022, T.J. Elder also held 4 opponents scoreless, winning each contest by no less than 2 touchdowns.
