Ellaree Jones, affectionately known as “Dimples,” age 84, of Tennille passed away on Friday, December 8, 2023, at the Atrium Health Navicent Center of Macon. Funeral services to celebrate her life will be held on Thursday, December 14 at 1:00 P.M. in the Georgia Grove Baptist Church of Tennille. Reverend Roy Grissom, Jr. will officiate. Interment will be held in the Church Cemetery.
A public viewing will be held on Wednesday, December 13 from 1:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M in the L.M. Pierce Funeral Home. The body will lie in state on Thursday, December 14 from 12:00 P.M. until the hour of the funeral service in the Georgia Grove Baptist Church.
