Mrs. Marilyn Archer Adams Hall, age 100, of Miamola Avenue in Sandersville peacefully passed away at her home on Monday, September 23, 2024. A graveside funeral service to celebrate her life will be held on Wednesday, September 25th at 11:00 a.m. in the Brownwood Cemetery of Sandersville. Reverend Stan Littleton and Mr. Gray Jackson will officiate. Pallbearers will be Sid Cheatham, Ben Salter, Stacer Helton, Bobby Hines, Neil Pittman, and Terry Lord. The family will greet friends on Wednesday following the service in the cemetery.

Mrs. Hall was born on September 9, 1924, in Warthen to the late James Cleo Archer and the late Marilu Garner Archer. She was a member of the Grace Episcopal Church of Sandersville, the Sandersville Music Club, and the Sorosis Club. Marilyn was preceded in death by her husbands, Gene H. Adams and William “Bill” Hall; and stepdaughter, Dorothy “Dottie” Adams Campbell.

Survivors include her stepchildren, Betti Adams Wise of Sandersville, Stewart Adams and wife Gloria of Chula, Dennis Hall and wife Linda of Duluth, Kevin Hall of Brooklyn, New York, and Vivanne Stacy and husband Chris of Aubrey, Texas; 15 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; great-nieces, Faye Salter of Sandersville and Peggy Cheatham of Sandersville; and special friend, Milton Howell of Sandersville.

The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to Georgia Hospice of Dublin and caregivers Maudie Wright, Althea Miles, A. Hall, and Von Roberts for their extraordinary care for Mrs. Hall.
